This means that anyone using AI systems within or on behalf of an organization must have sufficient knowledge, skills and understanding to use artificial intelligence responsibly. Technically, practically, socially and ethically. This is stated in Article 4 of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ictrechtswijzer.be\/en\/the-ai-act\/\">AI Act<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the Netherlands, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl\/\">Personal Data Authority<\/a>, who is also the coordinating AI and algorithm regulator, organizations are already presenting a brochure \"Getting Started with AI Literacy.
